How do I become a member?

Patients need to have a doctor's prescription for iNAP to become members
Monthly membership fees is at $84 per month, payable at the start of every membership month. It includes usage of the iNAP device, quarterly refills of supplies, shipment.
After 24 months of membership, patient will own the device. The membership fee will then drop to cover only the monthly supplies. (see pricing here: www.inapsleep.online/shop )
You just have to fill up the forms online and give your payment information
Patients can cancel their membership at any time after the first three months and return the device to us. Payment will stop at the beginning of the following membership month
Once membership is cancelled and the iNAP device is returned to us, there are no strings attached.
